It's probably because of our crappy connections that require an eternity to load an HQ video. For them, this means one connection (or more) blocked on their servers for very long, whereas another user could have made better use of this time.

It's a fact: Mauritius has crappy, outdated and extremely slow connections. And there seems to be absolutely no move to bring us something better.

Come'on! 2Mbps at Rs.10,000 per month is not bad! You can get 10Mbps in Europe for a huge Rs.1200 per month! :P

Btw... is it me, or are there loads of African countries in the blacklist?
